Return Eligibility:

·       Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

·       Products must be in their original, unused condition.

·       Custom or sublimation products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

·       Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item received is defective.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery at jbasafetypdx@gmail.com with a photo of the issue, and we will process an exchange or refund at no additional cost.

Return Process:

1.      Contact our support team at jbasafetypdx@gmail.com to initiate a return.

2.      Ship the item(s) to the return address provided by our team.

3.      Once we receive the item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 15-25 business days after we receive your returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
